Capacity
Our manufacturing partners specialize in low and medium volume projects. We will build a single system or even part of a single PCB if required, or we can build production quantities up to a few thousand (we also have reliable, cost-effective alternatives for large volume production). Passive Plus will supply a high quality, value for money service to meet your deadline. We develop a close working relationship with our clients, ensuring total integration of our services into your manufacturing needs.

Working in Partnership
We look for early involvement in a client’s project, helping to ensure that the PCB can be designed to suit best manufacturing methods, so reducing cost and maintaining high quality.

Cost efficiency
Throughout the production process, a proactive approach, in partnership with our clients, is fundamental to the way we work. Passive Plus are not just looking for initial solutions to develop prototype boards and initial batch runs, we are constantly looking for more cost effective ways to meet our customers’ ongoing needs.

Technology
Our policy is to continually invest in new technology to provide our customers with the benefits that the latest innovations, equipment and skills can bring. We currently have Quad Pick and Place machines and ovens with a size capability of 450mm wide boards, coping with a wide range of components from 0201 to large BGAs.

We have deservedly earned a reputation of being able to discuss and tackle any aspect of product manufacture among suppliers of aerospace, defence, industrial, medical and telecommunications equipment.

Delivery
We respond quickly to enquiries and make sure that commitments made can be met. We take the view that once an order has been taken and the terms set, deadlines and customer requirements must be achieved, with no compromise to quality.

Fast Prototyping
Passive Plus are renowned for producing high quality prototypes with a fast turnaround. Our engineers can work straight from the supplied parts list, drawings and free issued components, or we can provide a procurement service if required.

As we can hand work most fine pitch devices and even BGAs, solder paste stencils and tooling are not always required, although preferable if time permits. With no stencil & tooling charges or time delay we can often start work straight away, as soon as the quote has been raised and accepted.

As our inspection processes verify the assembly’s quality, you can concentrate on the challenge to debug your prototypes.
