Adjustment Stick Kits Available November 2011
Passive Plus now has available Adjustment Stick Kits for engineers for their in-circuit tuning. These adjustment sticks prove to be valuable tools for the engineer enabling them to precisely tune a circuit board without running the risk of damaging the board while changing out capacitors. Now, engineers can “tweak” their boards using these adjustment sticks to determine the better values needed for their projects.
The adjustment stick kits are for 0505C, 1111C, and 2225C ceramic capacitors. Each kit contains between 10 – 17 values depending on the capacitor size and values needed. Call (631) 425-0938 or email us directly at sales@passiveplus.com.

Passive Plus welcomes Sidney Arnow

Passive Plus has appointed Sidney Arnow as the new Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States. Mr. Arnow has extensive knowledge of the sales and development of microwave RF components. After 25 years developing microwave components and antennas for Wheeler Labs, Dorne & Margolin, Arnow moved into sales serving as Regional Sales Manager for Narda Microwave East. He later founded U.S. Technical Marketing, a well-known NY Metropolitan Area microwave rep firm where he represented Flann Microwave, Western Microwave, Comlinear Corp, Andrew Corp, Sonoma Microwave, and others. After selling USTM, Arnow served in various managerial positions for ATC, a manufacturer of Hi-Q ceramic chip capacitors, including creating an Asian Sales force where he increased sales three-fold within five years.
Taking advantage of Mr. Arnow’s broad experience, Passive Plus now employs Arnow who will concentrate on developing and supporting Passive Plus’ expanding domestic sales team in the Western United States.
